eHaho is an online platform which connects farmers, buyers and service providers to digitize and
streamline agricultural value chains and improve livelihoods for smallholder farmers. By using our
site to buy/sell any agricultural related product, you agree and abide to follow the terms and
conditions of using our website. These terms and conditions apply all users including browsers,
buyers, sellers, agro-dealers, merchants, agents, vendors, and other content contributors.
Carefully read these terms and conditions before using our e-commerce platform in any way. By
accessing our platform, you agree to all these terms and conditions of the service, otherwise you
might not be able to use or access some parts of our platform. Full use and access of the platform is
only guaranteed to users who know and agree to the terms and conditions. This also applies to new
content, features that might be added to the platform. Updated version of terms and conditions will
be always communicated/seen on our platform.
Information Accuracy Terms
You agree to use accurate information while ordering or uploading a product on our
platform. This include, quality and quantity of the products, accurate billing address
information (buyers) and real and on-time information of available products on the platform.
Pricing information, product descriptions, and stock quantities might change anytime
without notice as this depend on available products and legal prices of products.
You agree that a breach of accurate information provision may lead into immediate
termination of your service
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for
all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other
information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so
that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed.
If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the
purchase and the order is canceled, we will credit your account in the amount of the
incorrect price.
Payment, Shipping and Delivery Terms
We allow various forms of payments to buyers and sellers to make it easy for our users to
buy and sell products. Users can pay with and accept payment by credit card, debit card,
mobile money payments (Airtel/Tigo and MTN) of cash on delivery. All these payments
charges exact product amount with or without shipping and delivery costs.
Shipping is done as soon as you place your order and fulfill the requirements of the system
and it usually done depending on the billing information that is provided by the client.
Failure to provide accurate billing address might affect shipping and delivery process or
result into additional charges
You agree to report to us any suspicions upon the arrival of your delivery (before 24 hours).
When you don’t report any case in 24 hours after receiving your product, we assume that
everything was great with your order.
